Non-Profit Exploring Dormitory Expansions

We were initially contacted by a non-profit organization in Brockton, MA who wanted to know more About Us and how to expand its facilities within a few buildings to maximize occupancy.

Several dormitory projects were being considered and we measured, modeled and prepared design options for multiple sites for consideration by our client as part of our Services.

DORMITORY EXPANSIONS

The projects consisted of several non-profit owned buildings in the area with a potential new acquisition across the street of the main campus.

The client expressed interested in working with us for our affordability and quick turn around time for our work. All of which is partly made possible by our utilization of the technology Building Information Modeling which is different than traditional CAD.

CLOSE CLIENT COLLABORATION

After some initial investigations several design options were proposed for internal discussions within the non-profit organization. We worked closely with the client to develop and refine project plans that were an on going collaboration.
