About UsEstablished in 2013, 8TFive Studio is a small architecture and interior design firm focused primarily on residential design from small additions to new home construction as well as small-scale commercial work such as restaurants, dormitories, offices and retail space across New England.
Founded by architect, Neil Silva, who has over 10 years experience on a range of both large (90,000 sf) and small (800 sf) residential, healthcare and corporate commercial market sectors. Our mission is to redefine conventional architectural design services and embrace an unhindered exploration of innovative, collaborative and imaginative design strategies and solutions. We provide our clients with the excitement and satisfaction of sustainable and responsible design. Our company brings a thoughtful approach to sustainability with LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification since 2009 and an expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) analysis since 2005 that provides our clients with a better visual understanding for the project, its performance and costs. We love what we do and constantly strive to advance our skills, knowledge and design thinking against any project challenges to discover new opportunities for our clients. |

Our ApproachOur process is simple. First we can discuss the project over the phone or through email to set expectations. We'll schedule a free consultation to talk in person about any details pertaining to the project that might still be unknown or to generate some additional Project Ideas.
The goal is to identify as much of what will be required from you as well as from me to draft into an agreement proposal for review. This helps define the scope of services required, consultants needed for the project as well as compensation and expenses to be drafted up using an industry standardized contract. |
