Neil Silva, AIA, LEED AP, MBAPresident & Principal ArchitectNeil had worked in Boston for many years before starting off on his own. It was one part - doing away with a 3 hour commute to balance a growing family of now 4 - and secondly - take ownership of driving a change in architectural practice and office culture. He believes firmly you should LOVE what you do and enjoy working! Beyond this he enjoys spending time with the family, camping, hiking and playing baseball.

Mariam Ghaly, PMP, LEED GAProject Manager
Mariam is a goal-oriented professional with an extensive experience in construction administration, project management, engineering, and site supervision with multinational companies. She has worked on over six million square feet of a variety of prestigious projects including residential, airports, retail, hospitality and culture buildings. She has two wonderful children and enjoys swimming, hiking, cooking and spending time with family.

Jen Turgeon, NCIDQ, LEED APSenior Interior Designer
Jen has worked for several Boston based design firms with a range of experience from healthcare to corporate commercial. Her attention to project detail, ability to create unique spaces and utilization of 3D modeling platforms helps any client visualize through presentation boards and examples what the design intent and ultimately what the proposed finish shall feel like. She has three kids with a home bakery called Blue Goose Bakery and enjoys hiking, camping and going to the beach.

Kaspari Hoffmann, AIA, NCARBProject Architect
Kaspari is a North Dakota native and has had experience working in some of the country’s northern, southern and eastern borders on a multitude of project typologies at all phases of design and construction. She loves that architecture is an incredible artform where you go beyond a canvas to design, problem-solve, build, and live in what you create. Kaspari has two amazing daughters with her partner, Bradley, and she enjoys trying and learning new things, particularly with art, traveling, exercising, and reading.

Her work has been featured in hundreds of homes across New England and has been published in Better Homes and Gardens Special Interests Publications. She was recently featured on the DIYNetwork for a pilot called, “Family Builds” where she transforms a local residence with her signature New England style. Virginia brings an attention to detail that will help take any potential project to the next level of design service.

His background of working construction, combined with his comprehension of how structures react to various loading, make him one of the most well rounded engineers in the in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Cara Pomeranz, AIA, LEED APArchitectural ConsultantCara has been a long-time consultant with 8TFive Studio on the occasional project here and there. Her extraordinary eye design and the depth of knowledge she has for the industry of architecture has been a wonderful resource for those projects she has been involved with. Cara has been the Director at Large for the AIA Rhode Island chapter, Zoning Board Member in her local town as well as being an Associate at some well established architecture firms in the Pawtucket and Boston areas.

Jeremiah O'NeillStructural ConsultantJeremiah has worked for one of the largest structural engineering firms in Boston; where he had the opportunity to work with some of the most technically advanced and well respected engineers. With his experience on projects up and down the east coast, Jeremiah not only brings a depth of knowledge but offers a highly valuable collaboration utilizing BIM as opposed to just CAD.
