If You don't use Houzz.com, You Should

We have used Houzz.com for some time now. Even before our company profile was created, architect and owner Neil Silva, used the website as a means for browsing inspiration.

It is a platform for home remodeling and design, bringing homeowners and home professionals together in a uniquely visual community.

A great way to help organize and explore different ideas for any home renovation, addition or new construction project you might be considering.

They have expanded the website from its original conception to help merge the design professionals with the homeowners to potentially connect local clients with contractors, designers, architects and other design professionals.

Briefly how it works. You can search any term, room or keyword you'd like or browse through and narrow down images by project cost, style, size, etc. Its a great tool to quickly jump start your ideas to develop further into how it applies to your particular planned construction.

WE'RE ON HOUZZ.COM TOO!

We recently had our architectural photographer Christian Scully from Design Imaging Studios document two previous projects we've completed in the past. Luckily our client was very pleased with our work, she was willing to let us back in to take some photos ... while also mentioning they might be relocating and would like to have us assist in the design!

Our largest project to date was a full new construction project which is being phased for future add-ons. The exterior decks have since been recently painted white and stained while a large patio will extend the length of the large overhang in the back. Eventually a sunroom will wrap around the back corner and connect the patio that transitions to pool area.
