Although we at 8TFive Studio have this small blog to keep guests and followers up to date on projects, designs and events we might be participating in, we also started HomeIdeasHQ.com 

The reason for such was to establish a more broad residential home ideas blog where visitors could not only get inspiration from daily but also easily reach out to design professionals.

After looking at other home idea websites, it seemed that many (some better than others) were reproduced material and/or graphic content without the expertise to back it up.

We want to give other design professionals a platform to share their knowledge!

Be it with new homes, tiny houses, modular homes or even DIY tips from professionals.

It started as a part-time development. Some initial time was spent building up the platform and then publishing some content but our focus shifted away while it sat there.

However with the dawn of 2016, we wanted to revisit the user interface and move it forward.

After our redesign and more consistent content getting published and shared on the various social media accounts, traffic is currently approaching 30,000+

We have also reached out to several other designers from across the country to help share their perspective and ultimately help garner some more exposure for them.

So we expect new features to highlight various designers, some room ideas and products to achieve those looks as well as general tips, news and reviews.

By far our current most popular post to date has about 25,000+ views and has been shared over 400 times on social media. A growing trend of the increasing popularity of tiny houses.
