8TFive Studio, an innovative practice established in 2013, is looking for a talented Principal Architect to become a key contributor to the continued expansion of our company's portfolio of work focusing on custom-design Residential and small-scale Commercial projects.
Qualified applicants must be able to work independently with our digital workplace solutions which help create a more productive and engaged community. Although technology has made our workforce more mobile and flexible, we also understand the need and value for a collaborative network of co-working spaces that facilitate our studio environment at various accessible locations across Massachusetts.

Qualifications include:
- 10+ years post graduate experience;
- Architectural Registration, NCARB desired
- LEED accredited professional preferred;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Strong proficiency in Revit skills and experience a must;
- Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Sketchup knowledge a plus;
- Design skills and ability to manage multiple on-going projects;
- Successful residential and commercial project experience desired;
- Working knowledge of current Massachusetts zoning and building codes;
- Demonstrated experience in all phases including construction administration;
- Experience with networking, business development and writing proposals preferred;
- Ability to self-motivate and are organized, enthusiastic, and positive team-player;
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Managing any existing clients and/or projects within the transition, if applicable;
- Fostering new and maintaining direct client and consultant relationships;
- Contributing to business development and marketing the firm's services;
- Participating in design concepts and preparation of all project deliverables;
- Coordinating small team and advancing architectural knowledge within the firm;
- Maintaining quality control while striving to innovate and explore new technologies;
