While this year has seen its share of busy times and delayed productivity with an increase in workload, change in operational workflows and more, we're excited to say we have settled in with some new talent, continued to innovate our collaboration tools and more with a fresh outlook. We managed to completed several commercial project types, a few new home designs as well as our usual renovations and additions we love to help clients through improving their homes. From a new craftsman home project that had seen its share of complications throughout the process that finally wrapped up with construction to a smooth workflow with new clients such as a lobby renovation to a popular local banquet hall; Century House in Acushnet. Continuing reading to find out more details below. Completed ProjectsWe figured it would be easier rather than provide a long list of project descriptions throughout our growing account of residential, commercial and non-profit work; we'd just add a gallery of all the new home designs, renovations and additions we've completed this year. With hopefully new post-construction photos to come in the new year such as these ones from projects we originally completed, that we now can showcase finished photos on. We saw about two new home designs, many additions and renovations as well as major demolition to existing buildings that basically amounted to a new build when all is said and done. We were also lucky enough to partner with three commercial companies for expansion projects of their business operations and help take them to optimizing their physical space. There are also additional projects not shown below such as a major restaurant renovation to Agostino's in Natick that we look forward to capturing with finished photos after a huge change to the interior design of throughout the kitchen and seating area. Residential ProjectsCommercial ProjectsLooking Forward to the New YearAs we reflect back upon and improve our services for 2019, we can share some potential projects forth coming that are in the works that we're excited to development. From a 10,000 sf medical complex being designed to a couple of residential projects already underway, we're seeing this year fill up already with spring projects. Such as this 3000 sf arcade and axe throwing bar being proposed and developed.
