Providence, Rhode Island Office Measurement Project

8TFive Studio was contacted by a property management company in Rhode Island who owns multiple Commercial space in the area. An upgrade to the existing facilities was being planned and they were in need of accurate floor plans to document the current conditions.

These measured drawings would serve as the foundation for an electrical engineer to draft over and ultimately provide the client with the permit set they would need to complete the work.

We measured out the entire three level building with basement included. It being an older structure there was many inconsistencies in alignment and all kinds of twists and turns in layout.
