Commercial Roof Renovation

Recently we wrapped up a minor commercial renovation to a local shop in Lakeville, MA. Coordinating with a structural engineer, we helped to capture the scope of work that included the addition of a new roof line to accommodate larger garage door bays and clear span work space.

A fantastic client who was patient through the process while we waited for detailing, the owners are hoping to get started in the spring and get their operations enhanced by end of the year.

Expansions & Renovations

We have worked on a number of small-scale commercial projects as of late and will be getting those jobs photographed now that construction has been completed.

This includes such projects that we've highlighted in the past such as a major restaurant renovation in Natick for Agostino's, non-profit work for Teen Challenge in Brockton and a few other office and commercial buildings that we have completed.

We're also excited at the latest partnership with a company looking to development a new medical office around the Boston area which will bring a modern new construction facility to form.

We know that the results of this particular project will certainly mean a lot to the company both now and in the potential future phases.

While our construction drawings are developed using BIM (Building Information Modeling), we like to highlight various perspective for our clients to better help visualize design options.
