While this year has seen its share of busy times and delayed productivity with an increase in workload, change in operational workflows and more, we're excited to say we have settled in with some new talent, continued to innovate our collaboration tools and more with a fresh outlook. We managed to completed several commercial project types, a few new home designs as well as our usual renovations and additions we love to help clients through improving their homes. Our firm has recently rolled out a new 'social intranet' which shall foster a more collaborative and engaging environment for knowledge sharing and communication, both internally and externally. After taking a look at many different options to enhance our process and further bring our clients into the experience of architectural design, we settled upon the Igloo Community platform to centralize many of our ideas, knowledge and general best practices for architectural design. To further emphasize and improve our digital workplace, the new Intranet will help facilitate the efforts from our employees, consultants and clients for select projects and as a company.
